StoryFlow is an AI-powered book writing application that helps users brainstorm, outline, write, and publish books. The Service includes:

• A desktop application for writing books with AI assistance
• An online bookstore for publishing and purchasing books
• User accounts for managing purchases and publications

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete registration information

4. Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of all books, text, and other content you create using StoryFlow. You grant StoryFlow a limited license to display and distribute content you publish to the bookstore.

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI through the App is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publication.

Third-Party APIs: The App uses Google Gemini for AI text generation. Your use of these features is subject to Google's terms of service. You are responsible for providing your own API key and any associated costs.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Create, publish, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Distribute malware or engage in malicious activities
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions

6. Bookstore and Purchases

Purchases: When you purchase a book from the bookstore, you receive a license to download and read the book for personal use. Purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Publishing: By publishing a book to the bookstore, you represent that you have the right to publish the content and that it does not violate these terms or any applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
